When will the Club be open?

The club is now open, come on down to the Americal Civic Center and check us out!


Why bring a club to Wakefield?

The Boys & Girls Club of Stoneham already serves kids from the Wakefield area. This is merely an expansion of services we already provide to the Wakefield community.


What is the cost of membership?

Membership cost is only $25.00 for the school year.


I am already a member of the Boys & Girls Club of Stoneham. Can I use the Wakefield Club?

Yes. Members will be able to enjoy services at both the Stoneham and Wakefield Clubs.


What age groups can attend?

Children from ages 7-18 can attend the Boys & Girls Club


What programs will be offered?

The Boys & Girls Club offers programming in 5 Core Areas:
  1. Character and Leadership Development
  2. Education and Career Development
  3. Health and Lifestyle Skills
  4. The Arts
  5. Sports, Fitness & Recreation

What will the hours of the Wakefield Club be?

Monday through Friday from 2:00pm – 6:00pm.


Is the Town of Wakefield funding this project?

No. Funding is provided through sponsorship and individual donations


How can I donate?

Donations can be made in two ways:

 1)   Checks can be made payable to the Boys & Girls Club of Wakefield and dropped off or sent to:

If I donate to the Boys & Girls Club of Wakefield, will my donation stay in Wakefield?

Yes. All donations to the Boys & Girls Club of Wakefield will be earmarked for Wakefield.
